JRW Property Management is large enough to meet any housing need, yet small enough to ensure that our team members take part in the daily hands-on service of the properties we manage. We understand the importance of assembling a team of individuals best suited to the needs of our clients.
Our founder, Ronnie Watts, has been actively investing in residential real estate since 1980. Our primary focus is the acquisition and disposition of investment properties, both for ourselves and our clients. Our advantage is our tenant screening. Because of the effort we put into the qualification process, our tenant stays longer, effectively cutting average annual vacancy losses, advertising costs, leasing fees, and make ready expenses.
